Cats sleep everywhere, but they have a preference for certain places. For example, they love to sleep near windows to observe their surroundings, in cardboard boxes to hide, but also in their owner's bed or sofa to absorb their scent (or to mark their territory).

To ensure your cat gets a good night's sleep, try to make sure they expend plenty of energy during the day. You can also establish a little ritual, such as giving them a nice massage before bedtime.
